Scouting Activities Suspended – COVID-19

All Beaver, Cub and Scout group meetings are suspended until further notice. We also regret that the Cub camp is also postponed.

Please read below the message from the Scouts Association:

Given new guidance from the Prime Minister, we have suspended all face-to-face Scout meetings, activities and events for the time being.

You will no doubt be aware that the Coronavirus situation continues to develop around the world.

The Prime Minister has announced that everyone in the UK should now avoid non-essential travel and contact with others. The safety of everyone involved in Scouts, both young people and adults, is our number one priority. That is always at the heart of our decision making. Given this new guidance, we have suspended all face-to-face Scout meetings, activities and events for the time being.

We have set up a dedicated web page at www.scouts.org.uk/coronavirus to keep you up to date on the latest developments.
