Support us

Stroud Valley Scouts is powered by volunteers and funded entirely through membership fees, fundraising and community support. With your help, we can keep providing skills for life to young people across Stroud, maintain our refurbished spaces, and ensure every child has the chance to take part in life-changing adventures.

There are several ways you can support our work:

Make a donation

Donations help us keep Scouting affordable, provide equipment for outdoor activities, offer financial support to young people who need it, and maintain our Scout Centre and Coach House.

Every contribution makes a difference — whether it’s a one-off gift or a monthly donation.

Become a sponsor

Local businesses and organisations can make a big impact through sponsorship. Your support helps us maintain and improve our facilities, subsidise activities, and continue our ongoing building development work.

We offer sponsorship tiers with recognition, promotional benefits and partnership opportunities.

In-kind support

We’re also grateful for practical support from individuals, businesses and community groups. This could include donating equipment or materials, offering professional skills, or providing services that help us maintain our site and deliver amazing activities.

Our impact & recent improvements

We’re committed to being open about how we use donations, grants and community support. Our Impact & Improvements page shows the real difference your support makes — from upgrades to our Scout Centre and Coach House to new equipment, training, accessibility work and more.

Take a look at improvements made possible by supporters like you.
