Stroud Valley Beavers Win This Year’s Beaver Bounce!

A huge well done to our fantastic Beaver team, who took first place in this year’s Beaver Bounce!

Our team of five went up against 13 other Beaver Scout teams in a fun and challenging route that took us
from Selsley Common, around Penn Wood, and back again — with plenty of activities along the way.

Throughout the hike, the Beavers completed nine different challenges, including:

• Obstacle Course
• Water Tower – plug the holes to raise the ball
• Find the Hidden Colourful Beavers
• Beaver Jigsaw Puzzle
• Tin Can Alley
• Washing Line – pair up soggy socks
• Swing Ball – knock down bottles with a head-swinging ball
• Tower of Hanoi
• Hook a Duck

It was a very warm day, but the Beavers were incredible — full of energy, teamwork, and determination.
Thanks to the organisers, we had lots of water refill stops to help everyone stay cool and hydrated.
