Our Group Resources Team supports the behind-the-scenes running of the group — looking after our buildings and grounds, bookings and hire, local partnerships, community engagement and administration. Many of these roles are flexible and don’t involve working directly with young people.
Manages hire of the Scout Centre, Coach House and equipment — main point of contact for hirers, access, issues and complaints.
Centre Bookings & Hire Lead
Looks after the Scout Centre, Coach House and grounds — planning improvements and coordinating maintenance and cleaning.
Site & Facilities Lead
Builds relationships with local businesses and supporters — including donations, sponsors and in-kind support.
Local Partnerships Lead
Plans community events, builds local awareness and works with local media and organisations.
